who wears a forum cap and cycles through kew on their way home? i've seen you twice, DAS'd you once and you did a little hoppity.
Hai, that'd be me. Was practicing my Easter Bunny hop. Honest.
Work out north of Heathrow and that's about half way home. Usually in the mile munching zone going through Kew.

Must admit to feeling a bit sore today but that was a great ride. Even weirdly enjoyed picking my way through the ice and snow. The view from the top of that hill was worth the effort I reckon. Didn't enjoy being passed by the brompton however briefly not long after we passed the shooting party. Oh the shame.
Cheers to all for the company and the effort.
Thanks for organising Chris. Can't wait to see some of the shots you took, it was a cheering sight seeing you snapping away out the door of that 2CV.
Big thanks to Alex for punching a big hole in the air for such a long time. Especially on the way home. And Tim for same as well. It was all I could do to stay on the back of you guys.
Ian, hope you're ok mate.
Oh and well done to the Rollapaluza "club" for taking the trophy. Pics or it didn't happen.

So im looking to buy the mid weight wwr trousers, but the sizing is confusing the hell out of me, normally i wear pants that are around 32 at the hipbone, but when measuring and looking at the their chart im supposed to go with 34 or almost 36. Am i measuring wrong or are the their sizes very different from other pants in general? I get around 89cm when measuring.
I have the mid weight WWR 3/4 length in 36 and am 36 at hip or 91 cm according to my measuring tape. The 36s are waaaaay to big for me. Also have 34 in soft-shell which fit well, no real need for a belt but not tight. Make of that what you will but sounds like 32 would fit you fine.
If you're in Central London Condor have them.

Cheers dicki. If it's rubbish around Brentford then I might look at joining the canal from after Osterley Park, from there it looks pretty straight to Stockley Park which is where I'll probably be working.
Was rather hoping I could avoid the whole A4/Syon Lane area as it looks like a mess but admittedly I've never ridden there before. Nothing for it but to try it I guess.

Someone on the first slave ride was rocking a ti frame weren't they?
Yep, that was me. It's not slave in the slightest but that won't stop me doing so again this year.

Top day out. Best ride this year so far. Can't believe I actually got so hot that I had to de-layer (and then chase back on).
Nice riding with everyone and a few drinks after. Cheers.
