Waste of time, the guys tried to avoid extra listing fees for a reserve or higher starting price. If you push it he'll agree to send, then not do so. Claim it's lost in post and refund you the money. He keeps the lock to sell again and you get your money back plus hassle.

I spoke to someone on the ebay chat problem resolving thing and they said they had taken action against the seller but couldnt tell me what cos of privacy. ? Im hoping they got suspended or something and anyway I managed to neg the cunt good

Pay for it with paypal first. He might send it to you anyway. If you leave neg feedback but don't pay, he can start a non payment claim against you. You then have to appeal to have the non payment strike removed from your account. Although the messages between you prove that he is at fault, the effect of the non payment claim is that all feedback is removed for that transaction.
If you pay first, he cant start the non payment claim and your money is safe if you pay with paypal.
