And I think my frame takes 700c wheels but I am not sure and I want to check. Is there a way I can measure to know whether I need 27" wheels or 700c wheels etc. ?

I bought these calliper brakes for my singlespeed build :

The bolts which goes through the frame or fork were too short. How do I know for when I reorder the next brakes whether the bolts will be long enough?

Anyway it isnt a ghost bike it just has a white paint job!
The handlebar tape will be black, the tyres, pedals, and wheels will be black too.
