As @Pawlus said I was looking at the Renegade, but the Escapade, Reynolds 631 with carbon forks though.
I am not sure how a full alloy frameset might feel but as @Simba suggested, you could get wider tyres providing there is room left on forks and chain stays ( I think the Exile comes with 700x36) and lower the pressure or even get a 27.5 wheelset and fit even wider tyres. -

I was trying not to buy plastic so got a pair of the Cube HPA sidecages.
Advertised as anodised aluminium, well, they are not, they are painted and they're really harsh on the bottles. I haven't got fancy bottles but they are all scratched up.
Not that easy to get the bottles in, it was easier with the Blackburn Chicanes I had fitted before and they are not even side entry.
They hold the bottles securely though. -

I bought one of those Mount Skidmore adapters from Wildcat a while ago. Really sturdy. It’s got several slots, I think the maximum drop is about 5/5.5cm.
Cage wise I have got a Blackburn Chicane stainless and although they’re not technically side entry, they are quite compliant and work well on my small frame triangle. -
