Today was the first day i wore cycling shorts and a t-shirt and got changed at work. Previously i'd just been wearing my work outfit which is fine as the commute is fairly short.
However, wearing shorts has the benefits of not causing embarrassing pant showing incidents that skirts and dresses do, and i got a bit fed up of pervy men looking and commenting on me riding. I might even wear the shorts underneath the skirts and dresses from now on. -

What was the place on Goldhawk Rd (or around that area) with a fussball table, decent food and tables out the front?
I doubt my vote carries much weight as i never fucking come anymore, but I liked it there.
I'm guessing you mean The Grand Union?
I'm new to lfgss and live West so shall come along to the next one i can make. Grand Union is nice though, and i live on the Goldhawk Road so is very convenient! -

Oh, that was you. Was confused because I think we passed one junction down from where you said, as I was about to turn right and spin down the hill. Don't hesitate to DAS next time, and I shall fall off my bike like a master. Failing that, like Iain.
Ah, sorry. Geography isn't my strong point - yes, it was before you turned right and i was waiting to go straight over. Shall indeed give you a DAS next time!

That was me, near the end of my commute, hello :) what were you riding? I'll look out for that in future, on the assumption that you don't always wear a spotty top.
Hello! Was riding my black Marin Inverness with green rims. I'm usually there around 9 or a little later during my Shepherds Bush to Paddington commute. Nice to see a LFGSS jersey in West - it's the first i've seen!
