Newbie here, so there may be good reason why post count is not shown, but if it were, that could be an easy way to spot a seller bumping their own threads. If a for sale ad is full of posts from low posters, that would make me think twice. As a newbie you won't necessarilly recognise the members that have been around a while, just by name, but you would by post count & join date.

Just a thought....

Signed up as I fancy building up a retro single speed to pootle about on, commuting and a little bit of relaxed road riding. I'm an MTBer at heart, but have recently been drawn to singlespeeds & old school road bikes.

I don't live in London, but my brother does - that must count for someting!?

Seen this local to me for not too much cash, looking to build my first singlespeed, nothing special, just something to commute on and do a few road miles.

It's a Falcon, but does anyone have an idea of model or era?
