The BBC is looking to interview someone TOMORROW in response to the ridiculous news that an Italian Minister wants to jail parents who raise their children vegan.

Can YOU help put the record straight?
The interview will be live but will be positive and in favour of explaining that it is possible and also healthy to raise children vegan and you will have the backup of a doctor and a dietician in your corner.

Evening booking is essential and between 1 and 2.30 but its not usually rammed before 12.30 or after 3pm.

We were really excited in the shop today as the printers sent Sally the first copy of her latest book (another vegetarian one actually). They're all truly a labour of love.

I find well written cookery books so captivating and inspiring, even if I never follow a single recipe word for word, and the best books become treasured old friends. My mother, grandmother and great-grandmother were the same. Generations of feeders and food-porn addicts ;)

Ganapati in Peckham is superb and offers an array of vegan dishes, clearly specified on the menu. I recommend the veggie thali - you can ask them to swap the raita for an alternative dairy free bowl of something.

They now offer takeaway though JustEat and Deliveroo, I believe, but if you can, I recommend visiting in person. Really nice vibe.

Well worth a trip south of the river, Oliver ;) We're a veggie Persian(ish) restaurant with loads of interesting and satiating vegan dishes (The Vegan Knickerbocker Glory is extremely popular, for example!), as well as those which can be made vegan (and GF for that matter), and we're cheap.

I see people doing stupid things all the time on the superhighways: going too fast, overtaking dangerously, using mobile phones (for texting and calls), failing to indicate or adhere to the bike traffic light system...basically what cyclists do on regular roads but x 10 :)

Glad you didn't break anything @jazzythumper. My back wheel slipped out on some of the ridged cycle paving (who the hell invented this?!) around Vauxhall Cross when it was raining one day and I broke my bloody hip!

I agree. It does at least seem to originate from coffee beans. When needs must...

Can someone tell me why the price of almost identical filter baskets varies so much from store to store? After a new Gaggia double filter basket.

Also, any thoughts on Puly vs Cafetto for cleaning?

£4.50? It was less than £3 in WholeFoods South Ken and Clapham not long ago. It's £3 at Ocado but I tend to buy in bulk through Amazon, along with rice, tahini, tofu, nuts etc.

Such terribly sad news. Too young and too bright a flame to go out. The many tributes on here and Facebook are testament to that. RIP Wayne.
