1987 Peugeot Perthus Pro
**
**The Frame is 753 Reynolds and has been powder coated pretty close to Peugeot grey, so you have the option of either adding either Peugeot decals or keeping it the more minimal look it has at present. The rear drop outs (stamped simplex) and forks are chromed and have peugeout etchings and the original French 753 stamp.
Work Done

700c mavic ma front wheel.
Maillard hub, Maillard Quick release.
In pretty decent shape, odd bit of discolouration/rust round eyelets but nothing too drastic. Just clearing out a bit of space and I'm sure this will suit someone doing a build.
£10 + £5 postage to anywhere in UK.
Not london based so no collection, dibs then pm.

ive some 35c tyres going on an old 27" 1950's road bike frame so not too worried tyre wise.
looking at mudguards, is 52mm enormous looking? is there much difference visually from the 45mm velo oranges?
Went for a set of these, 52mm velo orange zeppelins. £46 posted from freshtripe. Its gonna be set up as a town style bike rather than a racer so think these will look better :)

Geared (not track) 700c wheelset.
normandy hubs (look like high flange campy record) with 700c mavic clincher rims.
all nice and shiney, only bad bit is a bit of discolouration around the eyelets but its not hugely noticeable.
The quick release skewer in the rear is also a bit big, so needs cut down by a cm, 2 mins with a hacksaw would do it.
not looking to retire on the proceeds so...
£40 + £7.50 postage. (recorded delivery)
They would look great on a vintage build.

24" james forthergill of liverpool 531frame, frame seems to be circa late 50's to mid sixties i'd say. comes with what looks like the original stronglight headset and a new sealed bottom bracket.
The not so good bits
its going to need a good blasting and powdercoating to be honest, theres a dint in the top tube and a small dint in the down tube, but perfectly usuable as it goes.
Im not looking fortunes as such. £45 + £15 postage via parcelforce to anywhere in uk.

If you want a pic of an area please ask, as i said it will need a good blasting and has a couple of dints, but its going for cheap as such.
