You must not forget the role that the after thought that is our cycle infastructure plays in this behavior to the lights i.e.
- Ride in the gutter irrespective of where you're going at the junction and
- The boxes at the front of the cue
Very true, the gutter bit is bastard if you are going right, but cutting in from the outside of the traffic after white lining all and sundry and then dropping into the outside front of the box, only to turn LEFT is defo a cnuts game.

Why hello guys. I would like to ask, what is a fixy/ fixie, and what are the differences between the two?
My sincerest thanks,
Rawrrr.from Fixipedia:
**Fixie. also Fixy, Fixi, Fizkie, Fiskies** and (Figsies as they are sometimes known in Cornwall) are mythical Bicycles, considered to be particularly concentrated in the areas around Hoxton and SW2, suggesting some Celtic/Hipster origin for the belief, and name.

Has anyone ever heard of the Neistat brothers? There is an interesting article and a couple of short films regarding cycling. Definitely worth a watch...
