In your position I'd push the wheelbuilding, I spend far more on wheels than anything else. Perhaps look at what http://www.wheelsmith.co.uk/ does and see if you can offer a similar product. Chinese parts (Carbon rims, Novatec hubs) handbuilt in London but with some bling options as well (Royce, Chris King etc).

Just FYI, the winter Saturday sessions are a steady 1.5 hr chain gang style session for intermediate and advanced riders. It's not going to be a carbon copy of the summer intermediate sessions.
This pleases me. I had hoped that there might be a chain gang this winter, beats getting covered with shite on the roads.

Looks like there are plans to do a little Keirin at track league next Wednesday; the first time I did one was at Open Season in June and I learned a lot from just two races. Not least that 48x14 feels a little small behind the derney.
Pair of these but with slotted flanges and in 24h:

I was excited to find these as a 24h pair is rare and paid an over the odds £55. My intention was to build them onto px 82 and 101 rims (£200 the pair) and have a set up handbuilt race wheels without any branding, a deeper rear profile and £70 cheaper than the £399 for a new set. It was a great plan. Anyway a fellow forumenger offered me an alternative and I couldn't say no. I'm in Hammersmith, collection takes preference.
