I have a pair of the ever popular evo cs tyres that I'm not going to use. The tyres are still covered in their protective cellophane. The cheapest I can find them is £50 each so £80 the pair posted and they're yours. I'm in Bromley if someone local would prefer to collect.

Condition is great, they've done under 300km across two owners. £350 and pick up from Bromley is preferred.

Also have a white px track bike in large with top components for £650 but will do a proper ad later.

I've got a Planet X track (white) in large up for sale. Nitto aa bars, selle italia saddle, fsa carbon cranks (the new ones), Navigator Pista wheels, conti sprinter tubs and 105 pedals. £700.

Also have a badass ffwd wheelset. Rear disc and 60mm front wheel on a Phil hub with cx rays. Both wheels have vittoria evo tubs on. Nice. £650.

Don't really want to sell but put a knife through my hand a few weeks ago and the nerve damage means that I can't grip handlebars properly for the rest of this season at least.

Ok - bit of research reveals Nibali was 8 seconds up on Dowsett at the first split.

Was there a shot of Nibali going through the first split? Wiggins took 50 seconds out of Dowsett on the final climb, with that in mind I think Cadel might take this.

Dowsett was available at 50-1 this morning. I almost hope he doesn't win...

I think I might start saving now for the latest cf slx; £3k with DA. Road.cc did a decent 'first look' on Friday of the one they have in for review.

It's all relative and a wheel length would have been regarded as a small gap today. Totally understand what you are saying about the concertina effect and it being caused by fluctuations in speed rather than the size of the gaps but, I suppose, if everyone concentrates on holding a uniform gap it will nullify changes in pace.

Edit. BoardChrisman - Go for it, you looked comfortable.

The last few laps are always a bit more spirited. The coaches spoke about keeping gaps small at the end of the break. The speed did fluctuate more than usual today but I imagine everyone was getting used to riding close again after a winter on the roads (or sofa).

The last few laps of that through and off today was comparable to B Cat racing if anyone is thinking about Track League.

I was close to getting this last year. Lovely frame.

Nightmare. Availability of rear 24 holers from any manufacturer is awful, that's why I jumped on these.

The slots are a slighty different shape but very similar, yes. They are shiny (as opposed to matte) and black. They are unbranded, which I found appealing.

I'll give it 24 hours from now and if no-one in London wants them as a pick up then they're yours Nelly. 2nd dibs Eloi.
