Had the front brake pads changed (pads only). Now when I turn to the right, at a speed greater than 30kph, there is a rubbing noise, drony mid pitch. It doesn't happen when I turn left, nor if I drive slowly and the noise doesn't change in volume or pitch with speed.
There is nothing I can see rubbing, no cables that could move. So I'm quite confused.

My best guess is a bend disc protector, but not sure that could cause it. Also I now need to find a new garage which is annoying.

Any guesses?

No. It's solvent welded (glued). It can come apart with heat but quicker to cut and rebuild.

If they're good fitting wellies you could move quickly, but that's not the purpose of them. In winter I always wear wellies for dog walking. Warm dry feet and boots that you can hose off and forget about. Ideal.

Fyi my outback is the 3.0 and I don't find the brakes lacking. I think a refresh and you should be good. I don't drive it at 10/10 but I can stand on them and it stops.

I have multiple zip fleece from varying outdoor brands and I don't have that issue, but it might be a body shape/fit thing. I prefer zip so you can regulate heat.

Just get a fleece from an outdoor company. Which one depends how warm.

Personally I found the shifting on axs to be great, every shift is just as good as the first (component wear aside) I got the GX and it's been durable.
