^^ The only issues I have with mooring rings is that they only need someone to undo the bolts and then you've lost your security. Allen headed bolts with ball bearings superglued in?
interested in the ball bearing 'trick'.
Do people go for magnetic, or just glue them in.
How do you remove them if you need to? Pliers? I guess it's more of a time deterant, to just stop any old mug with an alan key whipping your seat of, rather than a total block?

Bump/steal on this.
Looking at getting a 3bed property. Budget around 250k(ish).
Where would you go, want somewhere central as possible, up and coming with good connections on the tube near. Thinking east, mile end/bethnal green/shoreditch, maybe islington area(don't know much about it but where it is).
Any personal recommendations... Opinions on areas. What is islington like?Any suggestion on good estate agents too look at?

Thanks on the brakes. nice one.
But on the risers, i will mess about with spacers for a while, no cutting will happen until satisfied. However, i still don't know if there is any benefit in going for a 40mm rise over 25mm, beyond the fact i'd need less steerer and aesthetically. Does a 40mm rise look to much on a non-MTB bike.

it'll be a deep drop, roundabout 57mm.
lots of recommended brakes in this thread ^.
Yeah, thanks.
Just need to find something recommended that's in black.Picking out some riser bars at the moment. Decided on these. However, riser height is something i'm unsure on. More rise/cut more steerer or just less rise? Seems a small choice but one i'm unsure which way to sway on...

^^The red one
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=19098 or
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=41056Don't waste time and money with a multi-fit key, these one-size four-sided spoke keys are the best kind.
Thanks, so the red one it is.
Is there any difference between the pro and normal. I'd happily pay the quid presuming it's better, but maybe the non-pro is better?

Why yawn?
I've seen some, so i guess you can.
Just wondering what it's like really, living there? been for drinks but not extended time there.
Some people won't stop blabbing on that brixton is rough and bad and what... but i had the perception it's not so bad now, with loads of nice bars/cafes/restaurats and is a 'cool' cringe place to live?
Thanks chap.
Also what are the boarders of where is okay to live around brixton, i'm under the impression; don't go north of brixton tube as it's bad, but unsure otherwise.
