Hi, first proper post on here so I hope my etiquette is alright, Just bought this frame for what I think(?) is the very good sum of £12, and looking to do it up as my beater round town, its a steve goff frame with columbus genius tubing and a royce bb, does anyone know anything about this frame/tubing?

I'm building a commuter bike and wondered what the cheapest wheel set you do is that wont fall apart on me after a couple of miles?
