Have you been ramping up the miles? Any tightness in the hamstring?
It may just be some inflammation from overdoing it a bit, ice after might help but if nothing else I'd say make sure to stretch your legs and foam roll. If your hamstring feel a bit tight too it might be worth trying to strengthen it.

Yeah that was where I saw the price, on Planet X. The On-One site says it's on sale yet still says £199.99. Edit - seems they've messed up the pricing between the two sites.
@dna Raw finish is alright, I didn't fancy the blue but I am still not sure how it'll look in a few months time

They're adjustable so as tight (or loose) as you want so not hard to slip into.
But you're right about them being more of a pain to flip -I only run with one strap on my left foot as I found it a pain getting my right foot in the strap without a tongue, I am sure if I stuck with it I'd be fine by now but laziness won.

I ride Duo Resilite pedals with restrap horizontals, so very similar to your Ynot + flat pedals thoughts.
Find the combo comfortable, the Velcro strap means you can adjust shoe/foot position/snugness on the fly - I find it handy as I like wearing different shoes on the bike.
Never really got on with toe clips (and I had them with MKS Sylvan's) but I am sure others love em.

They're the only UK stockist (according to their dealer page - http://searchandstate.com/pages/info#dealers) but you can get a few EU from http://shop.steelmagazine.fr/28-jerseys

Friend of mine locked up his brand new bike outside University one evening, problem being that his d-lock went wheel to bike stand and used a cable around the frame. To his amazement he wondered why his front wheel was the only thing left a couple of hours later.
Luckily for him, having been a complete tool, a girl who worked at the university had caught the guy in the act so when he went back into the university they had has bike safe and sound behind the counter.
Luckiest git I know, I gave him a clip round the ear for such shoddy locking up.

A headset reducer may be your best bet:

http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/headset-reducers-alloy-black-prod23588/Never used them myself to know how effective they are, and I expect you'll need to use different forks too. Otherwise there are a few 1 1/4" headsets on ebay.com.

It's linked on the first page but arses and bones are discussed at the start along with everything else - http://www.stevehoggbikefitting.com/bikefit/2011/09/all-about-smps
I think the consensus is the Extra is the best cheap one to test it out, I went straight for the Hell though and so far my bum has appreciated it, will definitely get a composit when I have the cash.

I noticed the roads were particularly quiet this morning, more cyclists mind you, I cross over Tower Bridge Road towards London Bridge, which is always busy and it had almost no cars whizzing past.
