P-clip for an undrilled bridge should work - though it's untested at present and I don't know how the clip would hold up long-term...need to do a trial.
In the new year I'm gonna start working on designs for full sets (including stays) as well as these - if anyone has any bright ideas on where to source stays and/or brackets for the stays I'd be keen to hear.
Hopefully should be able to offer a range of two or three styles of guard, in two or three different woods, potentially with some inlaying as well, though this will take some time to perfect.
As for front guards - these could be adapted, but I think they'd benefit from stays and/or a slightly tighter curve to them...but working on it!

Hullo.
Have just started making a small range of wooden mudguards. At the moment, the range is very small - limited to two lengths, two woods (ash and oak - sourced from managed, mature woodland in Devon), and 3 fixings and all finished in a secret weatherproof oil blend(!) - but in the new year I'm hoping to extend this to include full sets in a bigger variety of woods, styles, finishes and fixings. At present I have 25 guards for sale, all for rear wheels. They attach to the brake bridge, and work with or without a brake in place.
Ultimately hoping to sell these for £20-£25, but happy to give a forum discount.
Because I'm still perfecting the design of these, if anyone who buys one now encounters a problem, I'll be happy to exchange them for a v2 down the line.I'm in E5 Clapton/Stoke Newington, but will be able to meet some days in zones 1/2.
Any questions suggestions or comments appreciated.

Lovely old 531 ST touring frame and forks, now running fixed gear.
Rides great as-is, but all braze-ons in place (including lowrider mounts on the forks) in case you want to convert it back.
Frame is 54cm square, paintwork in good condition, no dents, dings, bends etc. Flower decals that may or may not be to your taste.
Rear wheel is unknown vintage flip/flop hub (with oil port), wolber rim.
Front wheel is shimano exage hub, unknown rim. Nothing flash, but decent enough wheels. Not perfect but functional.
Currently running 50x19 (got some other sprockets if you want something smaller) with a 16T freewheel on the other side.
Tyres are Vittoria Randonneur 28mm - great winter city tyres imo - unskidded and with loads of life left.
Saddle is ratty-as, but comfy and perfectly usable for the time being.
V-brake and lever (scratched up).
Will chuck in some pedals too. Choice of these kinda things http://www.wiggle.co.uk/mks-ar-2-road-pedals/ or got some old Look ARCs you can have if you prefer.

BB, headset, seatpost included.Horizontal dropouts
Little bit of surface corrosion and there.
Tiny little dent in the top tube. Can just about make it out in the last picture.£70 or nearest offer
