As someone who works in manufacturing, I can't relate to the work attendance stories at all. At my place, 5 mins late and you will be asked to consider how to be on time in future, 3 absences (including illness) and you attend an interview with some form to fill in. Not coming in when you are told to is not a thing. Wife has same stories as above that during lockdown, people moved, sold cars, bought puppies and now, oh! They can't make it in, even for two days a week. There seems to be no way to enforce any attendance rules. Not sure which one I prefer.

Although I'm not sure if there's a standard definition, a mild hybrid normally denotes where electric drive has been bolted on to an existing engine design and just provides assistance, where as a true hybrid like the Swace has been designed for purpose and provides greater power and range from the electric drive.

Just to say I've received some Victory Chimp cargos to try something different after Rapha core bibs suffered from the pad unstitching as well as that weird phenomena where they stretch and go slightly bobbly. The VC quality is ok, feel a bit sub Rapha core cargo, but about same as standard core. Paid £95.

Olympus Sport! Had completely forgotten about those. I bought some Ocean Pacific t-shirts there. Expensive, but so worth it.
