Northerly escape from Borehamwood, Herts, Hertfordshire. Zone 6 Oyster.
Lanes&bridleways, one dodgy crossing of the Northorbital (point9). I use my old mtb but definitely qualifies as 'gravel'. 23 miles. Northernmost point 10 solely for loo break potential at garden centre. Perhaps three years of use before many of the bridleways get consumed by the Hertsmere Local Plan. Starts at ssb, a happy place for freshly cooked goodies.

I think sizing is actually a bit small for both pairs . Think an actual size-6 for the Adidas, actual size-3.5 for the Sub-4.

Very lightly used Adidas XCS 4 track spike running shoes. Model Q21569. Size uk-7, EU-40 2/3. Includes a set of short (~3mm) track spikes. Still look shiny. £22, or pm for offers.
Also lightly used Sub-4 spikes. Size UK-4.5, EU-37. Comes with two sets of spikes: a track set and a ~10mm XC set. £11.
