Do you have more info on this battery heating? They do produce heat as a byproduct of use, Bosch have never mentioned active temperature control at their courses and I live in Norway so there's lots of ebikes biking in minus degrees here. They even recommend you take in the battery and let it sit at room temperature to warm it up before charging.
As far as I'm aware capacity loss in colder temperatures is a physics/chemistry problem and returns when temperatures rise again.

I haven't seen it in person yet but it's in stock on their dealer site.
Oops it's also on the public site, https://www.larryvsharry.com/en/ebullittx-build

^You need the 34.9mm clamp not 31.8. 31.8 is the seatpost diameter so you need to account for the extra material in the frame.

Change one wire at a time, if you pull both out of the outers its easy to mix up which goes where on the hub end. Leave a little slack on the cable lengths so it's easier to pop the endcaps in and out at the hub end, you can tighten up at the shifter but not so tight that shifting gets heavy. Like Mcamb said the enviolo vids are good.
@ffm depending on your needs Veloe have some solid midtails, lots of different gear options and you can choose between bosch and shimano motors too.

Dropper without remote can be cheaper and work well for your needs, KS dropzone for example https://kssuspension.com/product/dropzone/

They have a new seat called the twin seat that has good space for two but is too wide for the BBX box, you need the canopy or a diy box. The original seat comes with two belts but it can be a bit tight.
Urban Arrow speed wobbles- I'd check the ball joint between the steering arm and front fork, both headsets, and the huge rubber band that UA use to stabilize the steering.

You can get a one turn for them, you just have to change the interface down at the hub. The hump in the middle that you have to pedal thru still exists though. Also the action is a bit heavier so there's that to consider for your wrists too!

We're the main service workshop in Oslo for these. They're pretty solid, stainless steel frame with cable steering and a shortish wheelbase that makes them pretty lively. They come with 27*2.8 and 20*2.4 tyres so the rides pretty cushy too. There's room for two kids in the box. They're still a pretty small operation and produce in batches in Columbia, most of the bikes sell out before delivery so they're not something you can just pick up in a shop but this should be fixed by spring 2021 with a proper electric version promised later next year I think. The last batch came with deore group.

This is my third Kona, a Humu bought from @n3il on here to replace a skip rescue Dr. Dew I snapped in half. I've been commuting on it year round here in Oslo, so far so good!
I usually have full fenders and a wald on the rack but they got taken off with the studded tyres last week in a spring frenzy. It needs paint before next winter comes, right now I'm thinking about stripping the green and glitter clearcoating the bare metal...

Hey London polofolks! I have some friends that have started producing bike parts in the far east, they can get TRP spire/spike type mechanical disc brakes at about half price of what the real ones cost. I've tested the short pull version here in Oslo and they look promising, would there be interest in a long pull version in the poloverse if we got them produced?
-
@spotter They come on a cargo bike that we sell, pretty decent side visibility and roughly the same brightness and beam as my Supernova e3. Build quality is solid too!
