Hey Rob, just to confound you more, I'm 6" on the dot but I have short legs (it's true, what can I say) and I ride a large Pompino with the seatpost cranked up. I would say a Small is definitely not suitable, a medium will be good if you want it a little on the compact side.
My main advice is to buy second hand although give it a good look over before you hand over the cash, especially around the rear triangle. I'd never pay full price for a Pompino again, even though they are mega cheap. Five have broken in the polo scene in the last year.
i've heard about this before. What exactly am i looking for? will there just be an obvious crack near the dropouts? -

i checked the other thread about this but it didn't help me much as it seemed to be about giants getting XL's. I'm about 5'10 and am trying to decide between a small or medium. i've had a go on a medium and that felt really good but have never had a go on a small and wonder whether that would fit me better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
cheers Robbie -

hey guys we're having a bike polo beginners tournament at dean lane skatepark on the 10th of july. The tournament for anybody who wants to try out bike polo and the aim of the day is to get as many people as possible playing on a regular basis. The facebook event is here http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=122983061120617
this probably won't be of any interest to most of you guys but if you know anyone who lives in brizzle who wants to try polo, let them know!
also whats everyones advice on trying to promote this? i've contacted a few blogs in the last hour but don't really know were to start. And i'm not on bloody twitter which seems were most of kind of stuff gets promoted.
cheers

I understand your frustration, but you all knew that cambridge only had one court so i doesn't taken a genius to figure out that with 20+ teams entering your not gonna be able to play as much polo as you'd like. also there was a court (granted a ropey one) a really short ride away which stood unused for most of the day.

"Next year we're planning to co-incide the London Open with the Worlds" does this mean london is holding the worlds, or just that Jono is desperately trying to improve spring breaks chances of winning next year?
