I had these built up and unfortunately never rode on them. I decided I wanted the hubs on something else.

Basically brand new, although the 650 has a tiny bit of paint damage due to a metal tyre lever on a stubborn tyre. Has been touched up and isn't really noticeable.

I've just got my frame done and I love the colour. I got a lacquer on top too.

When I got home to inspect it properly I noticed that the paintwork didn't really coat the edges around ALL the lugwork. Every edge is much thinner in paint/powder coat. Bit worried if this becomes weak over time and then starts to rust at these points.

Is this normal? Anyone else had this issue?
