And for those of us who were talking about the rollers (you know who you are...) - next Rollapaluza winter league night is 26 Jan. But it's "kilo night". That can fuck off, for starters.
Next normal 500m one will be early feb - I'll keep my eyes posted.
Details here: http://www.rollapaluza.com/blog/
Next one looks to be on 15 Feb.
Great to meet so many of you on Fri- v much looking forward to a few group rides once Spring arrives ... (can't make either Rollapaluza - boo).

Details now up for next 2 rounds:

League Finale: Tuesday 15th February

Gutted I can't make either (well, maybe not so gutted I can't make kilo night) and that my (mostly mental) preparation will go to waste.

Now that the Swrve ladies line is going out of production...
Oh no! I'd just decided that the one thing I really wanted were swrve 3/4 softshell - and now you're saying they're not making them any more? Any top tips on where the last remaining pairs can be found? Or any good alternatives? Are the men's a viable option? I liked the look of the howies, but had kind of set my heart on 3/4.

Hello all - so excited to discover this forum (answered many great mysteries like - why there are always so many brilliant bikes chained up outside the C and H. ) I started riding a single speed (Langster) earlier this summer to make a change from falling off my road bike in my new SPDs (fitted, I think by Nhatt - your tips were great but I am slow learner). Will look out for group rides in the new year ...
In! Was great to meet you all back in Jan, and 25th good for me. Good time to start thinking about some spring rides?
