I was in the same boat (no £1 offers for an age) and tried to force it through. For example, some uk bargain deals sites show eBay offers and clickable links. Although not receiving the £1 offers and heard about other accounts receiving them I tried to click through separately. Didn't work, I kept getting 'account specific' and 'this deal has expired'. Annoying as fuck because I only sell when a good deal such as £1 has been made to me.

I would be interested to know how selling directly is enforced (when you leave your number in the listing, to answer questions of course).
