Hello there,
I was kindly referred to this post as I NEED to sell some bike stuff off, as my partner is pregnant, but I really don't what to ask.
The bike has been built up over a period of time. Granted it is not the coolest of bikes and it's a bit here and there and I have paid out to the LBS to true wheels etc.
I am looking to sell the following
Leader 715r frame
- Giant A3 seat post
- Coppi saddle
- Alex Rims R500 flip flop
- sun MZ14 front wheel
- Sturmey archer chain ring
- Continental tour ride rear tyre
- Continental city ride front tyre
- nice new bell
- Acor front dual pivot brake
- Tektro rear brakes
Can anybody give me any ideas as to its worth?
Many thanks

I spent a few months putting this together and spent a bit at the LBS. I am just floating it out to see what interest it gets.

Reluctantly selling as I don't have the space and where I live there is a shortage of flat roads
Will consider offers for the next week or so.
Please note that I am in Dorset/Bournemouth area. So will not post out.
Many thanks
Nick

Hi people
I just wanted to clarify my last post; I know less than a lot about single speed bikes but I am attaching some pictures of my new bike which has just come back from the bike shop. I bought it in stages and it's made up from all sorts; the handle bars, stem, and front fork is from an old 80's raleigh, the frame is a leader, the front wheel is off a Kona the rear wheel an alexrim flip flop. Like I say I'm not that knowledgeable and I was led to believe that vertical drop outs might not suit the current chain set up. Is that right? I asked the shop if they would be able to put a chain tensioner on because I wasn't having any joy (and assorted other bits of work). I think I've just realised that a chain tensioner would only suit if the rear wheel had a cassette on it. Is this true also? Basically I just wanted some reassurance that the chain set up is ok and if not what should I do?
Many thanks

Hi this is unrelated (kind of) to this thread but as I have just joined I have been informed I need to add to three threads to verify my authenticity :-p
I have a raleigh winner that I am in the process of converting to fixed. Can anyone recommend a decent wheel set with flip flop hubs please?
Thanks
Many thanks
