When I worked in a skate shop I built a skateboard for Chesney Hawkes. John Virgo also came in once, but I didn't want to serve him.
Did you work in exit in Leeds? Because I got a signed photo of him in there, can't quite remember if he was buying a deck or not..
I was sick on the back of one of the klaxons, Oh and my uncle was in the Zombies.

I think there should be stricter penalties for drivers that kill.
(Not the only part of the judicial system that is in need of reform though)
Having been through the whole court system it seemed to be very flawed, the C.P.S were useless and the driver got off with careless driving (he did have the fucking wal-mart barrister though, who coincidentally was a QC).

This is the bike I'm refurb'ing for the girlfriend. She wants a roadbike with gears, that she can use for commuting/riding for fun, and I don't have pots of money, so I managed to pick this up cheap, and 'tart it up' a little bit:

http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5202/5340043160_62148df65f.jpgNeed to sort out the angle of the fade on the top tube, but other than that, the paint looks okay in the flesh. The purple is a pearlescent, sparkly job, and looks kind of cool, in sunlight.
I've got some new wheels, which I'm building up for her, and a new chain/cassette. Should be alright for what she needs, and all on a much tighter budget than I'm used to building bikes on!
If I were you I would keep the angle the same and just move the fade up so it's about half way down the tube, same as the top tube, but looks like it will be a nice job...
