Hi All, Got a really nice Argos 753 Frame for sale that is unfortunately too big for me! I loved the look of it but unfortunately when built up was too big :(

Looking for £200 :)

The paint work is really good with only a small bit of rust where the paint has flaked off at the left side of the Bottom Bracket and some other small marks but i would give it a 8.5/10.

The frame and forks are 753 and the frame originally dates from the early 90's.

It had one owner when i bought it and was always kept inside.

It has Shimano Vertical dropouts at the rear with mech-hanger.

It has downtube braze ons for gear shifters, internal routing and lovely lugs all over!

The measurements are as follows:

BB-Seat Tube: 61.5cm (24")
Rear Chainstay: 40cm
130mm Spacing
Top Tube: 58cm

It was me who crashed it...and never been able to get over it :( I have 2 other Cougar frames but none have yet grabbed my heart like this one did...sad times!

I still have the frame and hoping to get it repaired by SuperTed at some point..but at the moment is a bit expensive.

If anyone does come across any Reynolds Lugged Cougars between 56-58cm let me know!

Best of luck finding them...and be careful of Aerospokes!
