Does Feliway actually work? Anyone used the plug ins?
Asking for a feline friend who's about to move (with me and Mrs W) to my parent's place cos we're imminently (and hopefully temporarily) homeless. She's never been in a car, never shared a house with another (albeit ancient and blind) cat and won't remember the last time we locked her in for any period of time... so this could get exciting.

Thanks.
I know what you mean. I don't think the powers that be recognise the fragile ecosystem held together by artists (creatives and the like) in London. It's the reason things evolve and is also the reason people invest in the culture of the place... but ultimately that investment de-cultures things.
Personally I have no intention of not using London and working on projects here. In fact - I think a bit of distance will make sure I make the most of it when invited to.

We leave London next Thursday. Been here 22 years. Won’t be missing it cos I’m coming back at least once a week. The terrifying thing... our chain of sale went proper wonky so we’ve no idea where we’ll be living and how long we’ll be dossing at my parents (in the vicinity of our move) or renting. Cat, storage, my studio packed down... massive leap into the abyss!

@ric_a5 I’m quoting this out of context for posterity:
Did this in the shower for the first time ever this morning and it was probably the most exciting part of my week. I'm also 28 years old.

@chiroshi and @mustardbeak sounds logical. We’ll just have to endure the bed hiding, mewling, scratching and zoomies until we’re all eventually settled. It’ll be a learning curve!

Mum and Dad’s remaining cat (RIP Ali up thread a couple of weeks ago) is doing pretty well without her sister apparently. Hard to know how they feel isn’t it? She’ll have a lot more to worry about when we descend on her with our cat on Thursday (we’re moving in temporarily). Fur may fly.
I hope Muffy’s sister adjusts well. I’m sure you’re all benefitting from mutual cuddles.
