I bought a pair of these recently for someone for a similar purpose. They were actually decent enough when they arrived. They do a 2/3 bolt version also but it's out of stock in the smaller sizes (they call 41+ mens and up to 40 womens).

I've had good results from the Morvelo ones. Fabric feels a bit tougher than others.
