Big clear out of 10-speed parts, mainly Shimano but also some SRAM. I've collected far too much kit for spares and with various projects in mind but I've resolved to drastically reduce the breadth of my stable and focus more goodness onto fewer bikes. If Shimano UK is watching then yes I can help you out of some tricky stock situations...
This is a lot of kit. I don’t expect to shift it all here but I’ve rounded up what I can find below and once people hopefully buy some of it we’ll know where we are. Prices include postage as I'm no longer in town and I've tried to be forum friendly vs. new/eBay but let me know where I'm off. Some of it was bought here so I'm pricing it the same where that's the case.
There are no photos yet but I will try to get some of the bits that are not new. If you want a pic of something specific drop me a message and I will prioritise it.

I bought a stack of the gold codes to do the 3yrs for £1 conversion to game pass ultimate trick but I have ended up with one spare 3 month code. Bought from CDkeys and the other 9 codes worked fine so no reason why this shouldn't also.
Cheapest seems to be £10 so hopefully £5 seems a good deal on both sides.
Will DM the code once payment received etc.

Just for info to help people, we got the train from London in case anyone is looking for alternative options to flying. It meant that (a) we didn't need to take a plane and (b) we were totally autonomous as we didn't need to get back to anywhere to collect our bike boxes or anything. The journey took about 11hrs on the way out and 9h30 on the way back including changing in Paris.
We interpreted the Eurostar bike dimensions (max 85cm) as an 85cm cube and basically fully-disassembled our bikes, strapped all the bits together, covered them in a Rinko bag (bin liners taped together would also be fine but there is a lot of carrying involved in getting on/off trains plus the Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon transfer in Paris) and carried them on as hand luggage.
It felt like a bit of a risk when we set off and we half expected to be denied boarding at St Pancras but it was ok. There is one bigger scanner which they direct you towards and you have to kind of get the bike to stand up in it. We made it work. In Paris on the way back it's no issue, the scanner was massive. 85cm is also the max the luggage racks can accommodate which I think is what drives the restriction.
This setup was also really handy for the TGV as there is really nowhere to put a bigger bag/suitcase/box, especially on the return to Paris where the train really filled up. We carried the Rinko bags with us all trip to re-use from Nice back to London. They roll up about the size & shape of a new skinny coke can.
I managed to fit a 58cm frame in this way so most people should be fine. Depends on geometry and appetite for reassembly but it didn't take long in the grand scheme of things.

I did it a couple of months ago on a gravel bike with 650x47 Vittoria Terrenos, good compromise but if I went back with a free hand on bike choice I'd probably go for a rigid 29er with something between 2.4 & 2.6" tyres and take the hit on the road sections. Depends whether you are a better descender than me!
My gearing was a lazy (should have looked at the route harder) 50/34 x 11-36 and I have since replaced that with a GRX 46/30 so you can guess what I thought about my choice at the time!
Epic route though.

I’ve had a few good ones from Osprey for riding (edit: Syncro and Pixel to be clear) but as others have said even the best trampoline harness stuff isn’t going to stop you getting sweaty on a bike. By all means go for the max venting you can but you won’t stay dry forever. The Syncro I had was pretty good mind you.
Key comfort feature for me is spacing of the straps by the neck for cycling. Some can be too close together and it’s pretty uncomfortable for longer periods when you’ve got your head up.

Black pan set made by SIGG. Three lidded saucepans and a frying pan, plus handle. I think the black must be quite rare as I can't see any other images online.
I don't know what they are made of but my best guess is a kind of alu/stainless sandwich a bit like Trangia Duossal. Could just be straight alu but the weights of the identically-sized frypan and big lid are quite different (185g vs 135g), making me think the lids are plain alu and the pans possibly not. Either way they are very nice and not heavily used.
I borrowed them many years ago from my Dad but we ended up keeping them as his camping days were behind him. He told me they were titanium but I'm not so sure as I can't see any info anywhere about a titanium pan set by SIGG.
Asking £33 posted.

Couple of pairs of SPD shoes to clear.
Specialized Rime Elite, silver, UK12/EU47. Comfy on & off the bike with vibram soles and three velcro straps in good condition. New insoles as I use custom footbeds. These have seen a fair bit of commuting action but have a lot more left to give. £25 posted.
Shimano RX8 gravel shoes, black, UK12/EU47. Basically a carbon-soled MTB shoe, or a kind of two-bolt road shoe with lugs - either way they are very stiff indeed. Boa closing with a single velcro strap at the toe. Uppers and interiors are pretty much unmarked, with new insoles as I use custom footbeds. Only worn for two rides before I decided these were not for me, but one of those was Torino-Nice (what was I thinking?) and as a result there is a lot of scuffing and scratching to the soles from all the hike-a-bike. Shouldn't affect their function and most of the time you'll forget it's there but worth noting. £95 posted.

Having just placed an order for the bag I really wanted, it's time to move a few on which I don't really use any longer.
First a Camelbak Mule with 3L reservoir, black with red trim. I think these are 12L packs plus the reservoir. Used for one trail centre visit and one 2-day trip only. Great condition. £25 posted.
Next up is a Billabong day pack, red & blue, probably around 20L. Few marks but solid used condition. £SOLD
Finally a Dakine Wonder 15L day pack in black. Great rucksack which I bought to replace an identical one which I wore out, but since then I have only used this once or twice. £SOLD
Pics here.

Some shifters & chains sold, some cassettes added. Waiting for payment on a few bits but will then be moving a lot of it to eBay shortly. Feel free to hit me up if you want some forum pricing though.
