Van Oers, Nieuwmoer is from Belgium. Near Kalmthout. Indeed, not that far away from The Netherlands.
Don't know anything about it.
Maybe the pantoed "L"will lead you to the maker.Perhaps you can write a letter to Van Oers or give him a call.

Sorry, couldn't find a web address or email address.Thanks a lot! I am a bit excited, I just bought this bike and I´m finding myself very curious. The guy said they were custom made for some folks.... that´s all I know. Any more clues would be very welcome!

Hello all,
Can anyone help to identify this cool racer. All I know is that is from late 60´s or early 70´s, I bought from the Netherlands, decals say Van Oers (i suspect they´re not original), campagnolo dropouts, universal super 68 brakes, no tubes reference and the frame has panto´l lug with and (L) stamped...Any help would be greatfull apreciated:
