I did a really quick version of those 4 hour tomatoes he does with the slice of garlic and basil, about 30 mins on 160c, they tasted great and were dry enough to not effect the base when cooking.

Quick question for what was a current project . Does anyone else think this looks like a hole in the carbon repaired/filled with epoxy of some sort? Can't get a better quality photo at the moment unfortunately. Cheers.
