After a few things to keep my daily commute bike (and me) alive for a bit longer:
700c wheelset with 7-8 speed shimano HG compatible hub. Would prefer narrow rims that won't collapse with a 85kg rider. Looking for something I can put on and forget about. Not looking to spend more than £40 -50.
Full length racing mudguards. Preferably in black.
21 speed flatbar gear shifters, without brake levers and not revoshift. Would prefer to sort this out after i have some wheels
I live in Norwich, but plan to pop down to London this weekend so can collect from east and not too far from central London.
Cheers :)

£35 is the cheapest new 23mm wheels I could find - Borwell, Streetlife, Specialised and Velo Cycles all have them from time to time
Thanks for the info. I'll hold out for a second hand one for a bit longer and failing that I'll go to one of these places.
Any particular reason you didn't mention pedal revolution?

Nav-man, you alright now dude?
Heya Mark, for what happened I'm really lucky. I got out with just cuts and scrapes, but banged up my left knee a bit, but it's nothing time won't heal.
On a side note, I've finally managed to get to the bike project and have the chain and cabling left to do, so it should be ready pretty soon!

I'm also after a narrow front wheel - 23/25mm would be great and looking for something as cheep as chips.
I manage to bust my wheel cycling straight into a curb at full steam... got up, called my mate who i was going to meet that i was going to be late, went home and put on some plasters and took out the spare bike! That was 4 weeks ago and i'm still recovering!

You wanna go cheap on the vital part that holds all the other bits together?
Yes. Since most of the other bike parts were relatively cheap, I'd like to stick to the theme ;p. I'd not want to spend £100+ on a frame if I can pick something decent up for £40-50.
I hope it doesn't sound as unreasonable as using a geared hub (I bought a set of mavic cxp22 wheels with a 7 speed nexus hub in the rear and a shimano dynamo hub in the front for £50... seemed like a good idea at the time!)

^^^Becks! What a douche!^^^
I got something you maybe interested in... Its an Ali frame with aero forks, and yes it has got a BB! May use the forks for my polo machine. If you want to have a look, drop me a PM and I will git ya my number. I am only on Dereham Rd.
Did you contact me on eBay not so long ago about the BSA courier?
Yep - that was probably me :).
Just to note, I'm not looking to spend too much on the frame.

Heya all,
I'm pretty new to the forums. I'm after a frame+forks suitable for a 6' male with non-vertical dropouts. It'd have to be suitable for 700c wheels, rear dropouts wide enough to support a shimano nexus geared hub (so 130mm, or stretchable to 130), and it would also be nice for it to have square taper bb attached and fork+headset.
Unfortunately I don't have a car, so anything local to the city centre is ideal (I live near the Surrey St bus station)
Thanks :)

Heya all,
I had a couple of parts nicked off my bike whilst popping into a shop for 5 minutes (!) so I'm after a 7 speed cassette (Shimano HG50 or similar) and a triple crankset with square taper in good condition.
Cheers :)
