firstly: yes, i know... kinda hipster bike.
i thought about selling it, but then i thought about some mods/upgrades and see how it works then. apart from those eagle stickers i still like it's geometry, so i thought about keeping the frame and add some stuff.
i don't like that alex rims (700x23c) and want to replace those first. problem is: i am a hipster and no mechanic, so i have no idea if something like a 32h will fit the frame (and i don't have one handy to try). no idea what it's called in english, but i mean the space between the chain stay and bottom bracket.
anyone can tell me what would be the maximum wheel/rim size by looking at it's geometry here: http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/SBCBkModel.jsp?arc=2008&spid=32823&menuItemId=0
?i have the 56 but i guess it makes no difference.
cheers

well, compared to the days i was riding bmx 23c feels like breaking everytime when i jump a curb ;)
that's what i said, i still like the frame (stickers removed) but not the components.
maybe it the tyres then, but somehow when it rains the bike it sooo slippery
