Sirius was in Dudley, Birmingham run by Frank Clements and his Wife. I had several frames built by them in the 90s. Personally i would doubt they would have got the frames NJS approved not that that stops it being a good bike.

You can bolt mechanical stops on in place of the di2 blanking plates but I haven’t got these. Small nick on top tube but otherwise good - thinking £200ish
