Jamieson's sweaters fit ridiculously small. Ive got a couple. The first one I had to pass on to my wife as it is too small, it was a size 40". The next one I bought is a 42" L and even that is not anywhere like a large.
for reference, I usually wear a 38 or a 48 euro sizing, and for most jumpers I would take an M unless it was oversized and might size down. So IMO you definitely need to size up 1 size, more likely even two, for the jamiesons sweaters, and if you want a looser fit then another again, as silly as that sounds.
they are really amazing though.

My mate had a rather large night out on friday, and woke up unable to find his speedmaster. He's obviously gutted and doing all he can to put feelers out.
One of the pubs wont pick up the phone, or reply to insta DMs. He's tried a pawn shop to ask them to note down the serial number and they cited GDPR as the reason they cant take the number. utter nonsense.

for a 3 (4 if I am lucky) session a week programme, what would you add in:
start on pull ups and warm up with 10-12 then add weight, then add weight again for 5 X 5 (aiming to get this to 3 x 10 soon)
Squats - like to do 5 x 10 but if adding weight might go 5 x 5
Bench - either BB or DB depending on whats free 3 x 10
Dips - 3 x 10 and now adding 5kg, long term aim to improve that
Bent over DB row (3 x 10 each side)Usually do wee ancillary things like incline crunches with a plate or maybe hanging leg raises on the bar.
Do need to do deadlifts but end up skipping them as the bar/space at gym busy, But will have to just make sure I manage at least once a week. But what else would you add? or take away?

Ive just started back on creatine after years off it. Was wondering why the hell I stopped as its so beneficial. That extra pump I get in the gym is crazy as well, then got a dehydration headache last night and have also been pissing like a racehorse so yeah I remembered why. I think I just forgot how effective it was. Also have noticed a cognitive benefit as well.
Have also realised that for me everything is better if I am lifting properly - cycling, weight, looks, metal health, concentration etc. Got two kids and the second one is just coming up for 3. The last few years ive been so patchy with the gym and it just wasnt effective; even though I was zwifting a lot, I started carrying more weight and though weight wasnt out of control, I wasnt happy. Not great. Felt crap.
joined a different gym, with a pool, new family routine, and new motivation meant I went from 76 kg down to 72kg while putting on muscle. Had to be strict with diet but not wild - still enjoyed beers and was fairly relaxed at weekends, but making sure to increase protein and try to be fairly restrictive for most of the week and most lunches. Seemed to work.
Was absolutely craving a burger and chips when we arrived on holiday though...

Ha, good luck, sure it'll be fine. Plenty bars nearby as well.
