Bare bones units go for £130 so £100 with 500gb nvme and 16gb ram ok? Inc power supply, mini hdmi-hdmi and short 4K hdmi cable. Running Ubuntu but had win10 on it fine before.

By miles yeah. I still use my stone and keep in under the grill before the pan goes in but it’s just to keep the pizza warm and give me something flat to cut the slices on.

I tried to make the oven and stone work, I tried everything. I nearly gave up on pizza until I tried the pan method. Now it’s a weekly staple in our house.

Looks great! Yeah I love this technique, it’s miles better than anything else you can achieve without specialised equipment. I was pretty blown away when I tried it, I love bringing homemade pizza with a properly blistered crust out for guests to eat.

Forks look like max? Real pretty. Love the addition of mudguard eyelets. I’d jump all over this if I had the cash.

Essentially you build your pizza in a frying pan then try to burn (but stop before you do) it on the stove then try to burn it (not actually) under the grill. There’s no other way to do it in a conventional kitchen I recon.

Yep, basically Treks answer to the alu vig. Kinda glad they never became cool or desirable because it keeps them reasonably priced.

I think that’s the 2006 colourway, which if it is means the frame was built in the USA. Mine has a sticker on the steerer tube with the date of manufacture on it. Correct me if I’m off.
