Just wanna say, as I feel he's been much maligned unfairly on here, in all my dealing with Andy Pancake (he put together three great bikes for me) he was totally professional and a really nice guy. Very inclusive, and never had anything nasty to say about anyone. I'm not taking a side here, just saying my bit.

Continental Duraskin tyres
Dura Ace lock ring
Spokes (don't remember)I bought this frame secondhand in near mint condition (it came with headset and bottom bracket) but every other part (except the sawn off riser bars) were bought brand new. I've literally only ever ridden it 0.5km or so round the block (the day I finished it), so apart from the dust it's gathered in the 3.5 years it's been in my mum's loft it's in the same condition I bought it in. (At the time I had another NJS bike and was too scared to get this one dirty). A friend helped me build it, including the wheels. These will need to be re-trued. It comes without pedals, although I've supplied a chain (also brand new when I bought it). As a point of interest, the NJS Export website I bought it from told me it belonged to famous Japanese Keirin racer 'The Monster' Masamitsu Takizawa, although I can't prove this. (A number of similarly sized 3Rensho and Makino bikes have appeared on the market, so it's by no means a unique claim to fame!)
