Completely agree with everyone. Every comment acknowledged and accepted.
Isn't it just disgusting that the Ford GT40 and Ferrari 458 are being sold as replicas?
The word replica is absolutely meaningless isn't it?
It basically means fake, counterfeit and the people selling them are trying to deceive people out of £50000 and £35000 respectively.
Isn't it just madness?

Perhaps take from this that it's worth being totally clear, full disclosure etc, when selling to a community you're intending to be part of?
That's a fair point.
But to be accused of deception and fraud by people is complete nonsense, and as you can see they've backtracked with the replica cars and they're just resorting to keyboard warrior nonsense.

Whether they are, or are not a replica, a copy, a reproduction, a facsimile, an imitation or a fake is beside the point: by the careful and deliberate wording of your advert, you were attempting to pass off something that is not what it appears to be, on the unwitting.
For that you are a cunt.
I agreed Scilly, hence raising the point of the cars being sold, it's outrageous isn't it?

trager52 are you a troll or are you as thick as you sound? A Ford Capri with some GT40 badges and Gulf stripes (i.e. your wheels) is very different to something built from the ground up to resemble and perform like a real GT40.
Oh look a Ferrari 458 Replica
Do you like it ncjlee?
By your reckoning, a Ford Cougar "built up from the ground to resemble and perform like a real" Ferrari 458.
Real one has a 4.5 V8??????

I know, it shouldn't be applied to the cars either should it?
