Finally sorted an aero seatpost for my leader, along with new bars and a half link chain to pull the wheel in a bit tighter. Seatpost was a bit of pain as the clearance was too tight for a normal allen key to tighten the clamp so i had to grind one down so it would fit in the gap but its worth it. I'm thinking of dropping my ration fro 70.3 to 66.4 to give me a better chance on the hills, in which case i'll get a nice black cog too.

and my new build is a Raleigh Royal I picked for in mint condition for £50, I did a quick conversion with some spare parts to give me something a bit more relaxed to go to the pub on. It'll go back to 10 speed touring mode once the bad weather sets in.

I think at least one of these will be a repost but here goes...

I'm wondering about building a pub ss up and i'm thinking coaster brake, but having never ridden with one of these i was wondering if someone could some one comment on they're actual stopping power? Can you brake quickly if needs be? or is it more advisable to run a front brake for emergencies too?

yeah its still available the original BB is 125mm but you might be able to to get with a slightly smaller one, the orignal one is in very good condition it just needs new nuts to hold the cranks on.

I broke my old one a week before my upgrade so I got a new one at the same time as my upgrade.
Its brand new I haven't even broken the seal on the box, Its an O2 one but the unlock codes are cheap enough, I'll do it for you if you aren't too technically minded. I'm also throwing in an extra charger (its the one I had from my original one), a dock (the official BB one not a cheap knock off), a rubber skin (again its a BB not a cheap ebay one) and a windshield mount. All the accessories are look brand new, though the case does have a small hole in the side, thought this doesn't effect it at all.
I think £130 + p&p is reasonable considering its new and you get the extra stuff, but I'm open to offers.

on which frame now sorry? i bought the forks by themselves 8 months ago, there were on my visp, but i've put the orignal ones back on it now as its just a beater. i'm a bit confused sorry

Its Not actually HDR just looks like it. And I'm dropping the price, the forks are now £50 ono delivered and the cranks etc are now £40 (£35 & £5) ono delivered. Some one must want them surley?

Forgot to say that i got quoted £60 by amourtex for a respray on these forks, but it'll take 2 weeks, 1 to prep and spray and 1 to dry properly. If anyone wants this done i'll happily send the forks to amourtex direct.
