Looking at this steerer mount, I don't see how you'd tension the headset:

Necro-bump to say I learned something new yesterday:
On Cannondale Hollowgram the arm aligns to one of the dips between the lobes on the spindle splines, both DS and NDS, so both sides are in-phase (the bumps align).
Sram, RF and Easton align the DS arm to a bump, so 22.5 degrees off from Hollowgram. Sram 30mm chainsets have the spindle "permanently" attached to the NDS arm, and although I can't find a photo of the RaceFace or Easton NDS separated from the spindle, RF sells spindles. RF spindles have both sides in-phase, so NDS must also be bump-aligned.
Most Stages power meters are sold as modified left arms, so either you send your left crank arm to Stages and they bond their strain gauge to the inner face and calibrate it, or they sell you a boxfresh arm with the gauge already attached, to match your crankset. The Stages 30mm arm is dip-aligned, like Hollowgram, so the Stages 30mm spindles have the two ends out of phase with each other. https://stagescycling.com/en_gb/stages-30mm-spindles
If you used a Stages spindle with two Hollowgram arms, or two RF/Easton arms, you'd be cantering. If you used Stages or Hollowgram on one side and SRAM/RF/etc on the other side, the arms would be at 180 degrees like normal.

Having the best video/audio quality in any meeting gives you an edge on attention and being memorable. If "the guy with the fancy mic" gives good questions and answers in multiple sessions, people recognise it's the same person, so your brand becomes "person who asks good questions and has good answers and happens to have a nice and distinctive setup".

Highlights on C4 should be getting to the start soon. Was half-watching earlier with one earphone, think this shitshow merits my actual attention.
Watched the first two F2 races of the weekend then tuned in to F2 today just in time for halfway through the first red flag, so wasn't expecting much quality from the F1.

Can you mix and match different batteries to best suit available space?
No, you'll get really weird behaviour if some of the cells drop voltage faster than others.
Are Tesla motors the way to go?
Tesla components are an obvious choice, but they're not cheap cars and demand is high.
Leaf's powertrain is limited to protect its battery, since it doesn't have liquid cooling, the cells are quite easy to repackage, easier to fit in a car than the Model 3's four subpacks for example. Ampera batteries were massively overbuilt for what the car needed, capable of really high output, but supply is getting rarer and a bit old.
I think your next step needs to be working out the sizes and shape of the spaces left over when you remove the engine, exhaust, propshaft and fuel tank. Also, capture some CAN logs so you can work out what messages you need to keep the Subaru's dash and body-computer happy.

Do you need the Forester to be 4WD? The 4WD builds I've seen are either using both front and rear Tesla drive units, or they're retaining the original transferbox/centrediff. If you can make do with front or rear drive only, you'll free up a whole load of space for battery.

GF noticed some movement through the pedals on her fatbike during its last ride. Turned out it wasn't a loosening driveside RaceFace crank (had that before years ago on similar RF cranks), rather the Hollowtech 2 BB had developed play in at least one of its bearings.
I used to be able to get Shimano BB51 or similar for £10-15, especially on eBay with people not realising the new cranks they'd bought came with a BB until weeks after purchase. Now I'm only seeing £40+ or out of stock.
Short of waiting a month for some off-brand anodised AliExpress BBs, is there anywhere selling HT2 BBs at a reasonable price? Currently contemplating a used BB93 that has one smooth side and one slightly gritty side.

Not expecting much excitement from the Spanish GP, but Formula E is racing the full circuit at Monaco today, albeit with the right-hander of Nouvelle Chicane (after the tunnel) much tighter to create runoff space.

These washers are common with Avid/Sram calipers but I don't think Shimano calipers include them in the box.
Is your brake pad running on the braking surface correctly, or does the pad overhang the highest points of your wavey rotor? If the pads develop a lip you'll get crap braking as the lips will contact before the worn face of each pad hits the rotor. The force against the pistons is now off-centre too, so you might get weird wear and leaks inside the caliper too.
Trailer I built is Emma's, but her feedback would be that downhill is much more of an issue than uphill. I've been working on how I'd redesign the axle holders to incorporate a brake caliper, luckily the hubs are thruaxle with rotor mounts.
