Loving this! I've got a Hamax seat on the back- quite tricky to get the position nice and low without getting into heel strike issues. In the end I've flipped the bracket round to be on the back of the seat tube to gain vital cm's.

I just installed a floor like this and I have 3 planks left over. How does needing spares work? Don't you have to take up the entire floor to get to the bit that needs replaced (or at least work back from the last installed piece)? Maybe I should get another box whilst I can

I have an S2L with Ti forks and Triangle that I'm pondering putting an electric motor on- how bad an idea would it be to put a motor on the Titanium forks?

Maybe it's just the wrong bike to electrify. Not sure of the value of a Ti one- anyone fancy a swap with an Electric one?

I've decided to go with a legal 36V 250w Bafang on my Bullitt (because legal and also because I already have a 36V battery) and awaiting delivery from eBay.. whilst not 1000w, I reckon it'll still be a great help.
