Yeah it is. Hence why I said yours is 800 to 900. TBH i used it as an example because the parts are top tier. I'd recommend you base your valuation not on scarcity and the (absurd) prices on eBay. Do a search here and see how much Mash Work frames & builds have been selling in the past couple years.
You're not gona get £1800 in a forum where people know their shit. Sure, you might get lucky with a new person joining and pay that in ignorance. But realistically if you want to max out price and you're patient then just split it and sell parts separately as others have pointed out. Even then you won't get £1800.
Anyway GLWS

Good looking build but price is astronomical. Here is another that sold here with high end parts. Given this is a newer version frame, I'd say this is £800, maybe £900 tops.

Usually things like battery swelling for such a relatively new phone is a safety issue caused by a manufacturing defect likely present when it was made and when you bought it, this is covered under Consumer Rights Act 2015, usually manufacturers will fix it without you having to push them. But regardless they're not doing you a favour out of the goodness of their heart, they know legally they are liable and have to repair or replace it.
Some companies/ retailers just need more prodding than others

I think this is really really important. I totally understand wanting to retain flexibility to pay very experienced or very desirable candidates more, but in that case (and to give them benefit of doubt) then they should advertise with a floor/minimum salary anyone joining the company would get, which should be £ 25,642.50 which is based on Real Living Wage Campaign's current London living wage of £13.15ph
Anything less than that is bullshit and might as well be saying "competitive salary"
I'd hope that a family owned company that is ethos or ethics driven should be all for a salary floor that is a real living wage.
