I don't reckon they will shatter, it's like really stiff vinyl(the floor kind, not the record kind).
I have enough for 4 wheels, I can probs get more, my work throws it out quite often.
You're welcome to some if you want it I have 4 (25-27" square) sheets that I won't need. Its at my work beside the Oxo Tower. If you can pickup some time this week it would be best.

I managed to get hold of some of what I think is 4mm PVC plastic from my work. It might even be some sort of vinyl mix. It's very tough to cut with a stanley blade and if you score 1 side and bend it it will "snap" but at the same time it has a bit of flex to it.
Has anyone used this type of material to make wheel covers from before?
If they have, did it work? Apart from the difficulties in cutting it to shape and size I thought it could be a little heavy.

Pretty sure you guys already know about this court but just incase you don't thought I would post the map link.
On the corner of Boleyn Road and King Henrys walk.
It's not in the best area but has got lights that were on when I went past at about 9.20pm.Normally people playing football on it but latter on its not normally in use.

I just this morning picked my frame and forks up from amourtex. I aimed to take everything apart myself but got stuck on the bottom and the headset. I have a bb tool but it just wasn't shifting. Also wasnt sure about the headset cups.
Took it down to lookmumnohands and they did it for me as well as taking out a bottle cage bolt that was cross threaded. Cost me a tenner. Wish i had done this to begin with instead spending 4 hours on sat trying.
I went for boring old black for frame but the guys at amourtex have done a great job.
