Yes, you can get them, and also, esp for the polo cog, try to get a surly one (they aren't cheap) that have a wider 'foot' to spread the load on the cassette body, otherwise, they dig in a fuck up the body.
lots of people do wide bottom sprockets. check out some of the singlespeed mountain bike places. I'd recommend superstar components

when they are struggling to keep up with £1000+ builds I can't see a polo build being of much interest.
people think on one is small but when I was there it wasn't unusual to be selling 20 frames & 5 full bikes a day and that was before they upped the range and pushed the brand more.
I'd be surprised if they even thought it was worth their time specing a bike they'd only sell around 100 of let alone sourcing parts and building them.
I'd love it if we could get our customers to design everything for us, actually no I wouldn't because that would put me out of a job and everything we made wouldn't work as they don't have our skills or know our manufacturing parameters.
I'd step away from bikeCAD, wait till the builder is back off holls and go through it properly, you should be paying for their design as well as their build, having said that, if you've approved a drawing, even if it doesn't meet your spec, you have to take some of the responsibility.
