bit of a glow up for the cockpit of my katu this week: some new ESI extra chunky grips, spurcycle compact bell (significant upgrade on stock bell) and some restrap rack straps for the basket…

anyone else have shifting issues with their katu? shifts can be pretty laggy even after doing the recommended cable maintenance with the little yellow marker. might be I’m just used to using derailleurs and this is par for the course on hub gears…
