I was a cheesemonger for nearly 20 years and have sorted out prizes for the Urban Hill Climbs, CSG Roadmans and the odd Lufgussian wedding.
The Cheeseboard was one of my customers and I once bumped into Stonehedge and sold him some cheese one Christmas, CSB etc.
Now I ride gears and sell chocolate I feel like my username is a sham.

I built this last year, my third Pre-Cursa, I love 'em.

These days though I just don't ride fixed much anymore, so I can't justify keeping it.

Only ridden a dozen times since I built it. Most parts are second hand but in good condition. I hope to post some better pictures later this week.

Fixed with a dummy rear brake. 48 x 17 I think but I will check this. Deda finishing kit and Specialized Romin saddle. Nearly new tyres and tubes. Miche Primato crankset. Shimano M520s

Nope, have a Saris M2 on-wheel trainer.

Has anyone here tried a fixed gear on their smart trainer?
My super six is on the turbo but I want to get it back out on the road from April.
My other bike will be lugging the kids around on the back.
That just leaves my pre-cursa.
I guess an alternative is swapping the wheel out to use on the turbo if I can find a cheap wheel and old cassette -might knacker the chain though?

I have managed to find and buy a Saris M2 which I should get by the end of next week. Specs says to connect "via integrated dual-band Ant+ FE-C and bluetooth".
What kind of Ant+ device do I need to connect to a MacBook Air?

Also, are all riser blocks created equal? Same for trainer tyres - what do I need to look for?
