I’m going through the exact same process now with my lender. The HPI value changed within the space of a week which bumped to a higher LTV threshold. I’ve paid (£350) for a valuation in the hope the surveyor thinks it’s worth more than the current HPI desktop valuation the bank currently has it at.

Defo going 5yr fixed either way....
