Sure yeah of course - but you can still wreck drive ways and any other hard surface like tiles, brick, slabs, sandstone with a poorly operated pressure washer. They'll blow out the sand, grout, glue that holds it all together if you don't know what you are doing. They'll also take off any sealing agent should there have been one to start with. They'll take off a layer of the surface happily if you don't know what you are doing.

Expecting a new driveway for a paint splash is bonkers.
I’d be expecting it to be put right right and I’d look very carefully at anyone who thinks they can achieve this by cleaning. That’s not to say it can’t be done but obviously matey’s first attempt has failed and the neighbours already have form for picking idiots.
To answer your question: yes

Assuming you are on good terms with your neighbours I just wouldn’t touch it and be very clear that you expect it put back to the way it was.
I would be wary of anyone who says they can fix it by cleaning it and if the neighbours suggest this I would ask them what makes them qualified to suggest it as a solution.

Your eligibility to take SPL seems to depend on Mrs Quincy curtailing something; maternity pay, maternity leave or Maternity Allowance (if she qualifies for it).
You probably would need to nail down exactly what Mrs Quincy will curtail before chatting with your HR about SPL.
Disclaimer - I was curious and pasted your question in to ChatGPT, the above is a paraphrasing of its output.

properly converted with sound insulation between the floors, has 2 flats max in the building, had evidence of proactive maintenance, wasn't a shithole in the shared areas, had a low turnover of sales (people live in my building for an average of 5 years), decent sinking fund, no dodgy access, absolute lease

right to be forgotten pretty much only stops you from being found on search engines,
Well, initially yes, but then GDPR enshrines it and takes it further. Cloud providers and their tenants (well, the ones you might do business with if you were serious about privacy) are pretty serious on compliance.
Those that aren’t are mostly too incompetent to worry about.Governments… when they want to come after you…not so much.

I went down this rabbit warren.
Consensus seemed to be if you want long straight repeatable cuts get a track saw; big brand circular saws that are compatible with a track will be at least as pricey and less easy to use.
