Might want to check with those lucky few who received their goods and see if they have the sender/return address on the package sent. Pay him a suprise visit :D
Oh dear- the bank gave me wrong info previously - the transaction is only covered if a card is used, there's no cover on a Bank Transfer.
I think a chat with Mr Plod to see a possible next step is urgently required. Those Bank details could be very handy.

Bank Transfer claim/complaint- its covered by Visa, so ring your Bank and explain the circumstances- bought goods by bank transfer, not arrived, they'll advise you to write or e-mail your complaint to them and they take it forward, it may take a while but should end up with your money back in your bank.
Yes, bank transfer is the best option to complete any transaction. PayPal gift has always been a no-no for me unless the value is just pitance.
In any case, back in the days I used to trade CCGs and we used to have an IRC channel where we do our trading and before trading we usually ask for references and the one with the lesser number, either buyer or seller would have to pay/post first.

Sorry for hijacking this thread but If anyone is in the cycle-speedway scene these bars kinda look like what they are running on speedway.
Newbie to the forum and dont know if links are allowed to be posted here but just google cycle speedway handlebars and you should find them, GBP18 and they come in colours too :)

I think from the marketing side, it would have been much better had they gone through a proper site to sell it and try put some branding into the market through sponsorship etc.
Also a little more quality and branded goods bundled into their bikes rather than trying to outprice the market with parts from their own label would have done wonders.
My conclusion is the the brand has been murdered, it will be hard to turn around the brand's image, in the short term at least ;)

No I abstained for another comrade on the forum's sake.... I just bought a really nice Concorde frame for the lady which was a steal at 26 quid! And then a nice Paganini for me... oops. Ah well. On the hunt for some 8spd nice clinchers...
I was looking at the CIOCC with a bid in mind but I left the house early for bike polo and totally forgot about the frame!!! Only remembered about it on the train ride back :( Anyone here with a simillar frame willing to part at a simillar price? :D

nearly all of your 240 posts on this forum have related to items you are selling
As you seem to be saving yourself a shitload of ebay fees it might be appropriate to make a donation to the forum

the hosting costs alone cost over £500 per month and is only funded by donations

I had a sneaky feeling someone would guess that there is something fishy going around here. He kinda started his post posing as a 'meek sheep'. Do not know where to ship his goods???
Looking at the link he posted, seems more like a seasoned trader and I do think you are right in giving him some stick. :)
