Kellz: Might wanna edit your OP and include the latest photo. Nice frame and best of luck with the sale. Free bump :)
Angel: Your observation is highlighted below.
As far as I am concerned, when you post an item for sale you should supply it with adequate photos (not blurry and shot from a distance) and information which supports the description of item on sale. This was the major flaw, some blurry photos which you agree with.
Ed also corrected himself after the 2nd set of photos and say it is the real deal, so what's the fuss?
It's a forum thus disccussion/comment is sure to be abound. Not liking it? Bumtree or evilBay it :) Even then, if it is spotted, it will still be discussed on the Bumtree/evilBay thread ;)
Regards,
BenjaminWait for what? Wait for you to pull it to pieces based on some blurry photos?
Every one has already made there decision...As far as the jury is concerned it's a dodgy frame that has been converted...
thats what I was moaning about...no one has waited...every one went in and slagged it...

Angel:
Relax. Look back at the inital post. It's just a shot of his sister fiddling with the bike with no close up and a price which spurs debate. Clearly he could have waited for better photos (+ some more additional info) before posting the thread?
A little bit of banter in the forum is always expected, just dont take it too seriously :)
Also, with each comment the thread gets a bump to the top of the forum listing, as a seller, I would pretty much appreciate that :) If you have the real deal, you have nothing to worry about your offerings not selling.
Regards,
BenjaminWtf? Sometimes I really wonder, you have to admit...You guys are so damned hostile sometimes...Yes people do sometimes advertise shite with some inflated price tag...however...this hardly looks like that does it?
So, some frames are tighter than a gnats chuff...some aren't...though to be fair that gap is no more than 25-30mm...so it's not exactly slack is it? and in the first picture with regard to the front wheel...you can't even see the gap...and already you are making a judgement? It has a high bottom bracket does that help? and chrome forks...like the one in the picture...and fancy lugs on the BB and the head tube...and *track ends...*if you look at the picture you can see them, they are just like the ones in the photo that ed posted ....oh...and maybe cause it's small it has a less tight geo...that way you would have less chance of terrible pedal strike...I'm sure it's straight, nice and is a genuine pug track bike.
Why all the doubt and negativity...? when the photos appear... (as I'm sure the sister quite frankly has better things to do than take photos of the intricasies of the tube gaps of her perfectly adequate and quite nice frame to satisfy the frame police, whom, upon inspection will tell you whether or not it's kosher and if it's a wise move to buy a rarely seen peugeot track frame...when of course it damn well is you never see them and it's bound to be wonderful...whyever else would she have 'spunked' 250 euro on it after her brother had told her it was a nice frame in the first place anyway...etc,etc etc...)...I'm sure it will be held up as a paragon of peugeot virtue...This thread has hardly had a warm reception?

CURRENTLY IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH SUMUCHAN
Up for sale is a NOS brand new Coppi City Master frame. I know opinion within this forum is quite divided about this frame but let's keep the debate to the minimum.
I paid 325 for it and I am looking to for 250 O.N.O./O.B.O
Frame is 54/55 BB to top tube but will get the full dimensions measured later today.
Never been assembled and the forks are not cut. Forks and rear bridge both drilled for brakes with internal top tube cable routing.
Comes free with a matching yellow bottle cage and a NOS unused Coppi water bottle is included in the sale.
Photos are as below. Feel free to PM for alternative shots if need.
DIBS and PM please. Based in Cardiff and can deliver to London.
Also have a set of tub wheels which are on sale here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread48255.html

Falcon made Coventry Eagle too :)
It's just a Falcon bike with Eddy Merckx decals, they were popular in the 70's

Thanks Matty, concern well expressed.
Clarification: I am based in Cardiff, and will be making the trip down to London to deliver these, thus on my side if the deal is a no show, I will lose both travelling time and cost :) Thus the cash up front first.
I have dealt with quite a few of the forumers which I have always put cash up front first prior to collecting the items, check with Dave as quoted above and Archie if confirmation is needed.
You want money transferred to you before collection in person?
What's up with that? -
As titled, comes with 22mm continental sprinters tubulars, bought from a forumer just last week, here: http://www.lfgss.com/thread47021.html
Reason for sale: Neither have the time to re-glue nor rebuild the wheel to take the clinchers, furthermore, moving to London is expected to cost me more than expected, thus the need to raise some $$$ :)
Also included is the **FREE **set of strada clinchers as per original sale.
A little more info on the:
Hubs: Spins smooth, rear is fixed/free, threads are fine
Tubs: Holds air well, however, would need to be re-glued back
Free Strada XL Hardox: Brake wear is evident, but still has plenty of life left, wear barely scratches the surfacePrice: 100 (same as offered by Dave)
Collection: Holborn sometime next week after receipt of paymentAdded:

They are on sale new on evilBay but I would not recommend them. Very weak structure, no spider chainring which is a disaster as a friend of mine found out - snapped the chain ring!
Cheers, I'm not sure about the bike and wheels but like the look of the chainset though and think it would go well on my build
-
Chainset looks like stronglight :)

Does anyone know what this bike and chainset might be? Seen it on the bay so trying to find out a bit more. Frame is 57 and is an old english racing bike frame lovingly restored- that is it

Used the Duty Calculator: Sports & Leisure -> Bikes & Scooter -> Bike Parts and there seems to be no tax payable on these. Time to start a thread to see if we can get 30 takers?
"SPECIAL PRICE , JUST FOUND A LARGE LOT OF THESE BEAUTIES"
-Wish I could just find stuff like this, Also more bulk GIro D'italia and Bullhorn bars all NOS
The words in bold below which to my reading is quite a strong indication that he is looking for a Pug :)
